Melbourne Botanic Gardens

Today was our last day in Melbourne (possibly) it is definitely my second favourite city ever (after NYC) and Tanbay’s top city. The weather was really good, it’s just starting to become spring here and it was 23 degrees... First we visited Queen Victoria Market:

It is pretty much a bigger, better Birimingham market. We didn’t stay very long though because Tanbay is scared of markets. We bought some amazing donuts:

And some strawberries to have later.

Next we took the tram to Flinders Station and from there we walked to the park.  We walked along the Yarra river to get to the Melbourne botanic gardens.

I laughed at Tanbay because he’d never heard of botanical, but then I realised I didn’t know how to describe what it is.. I let the gardens do it for themselves:

Hands down it was the best garden I’ve ever been to.

We saw some eels, I think eels are evil probably thanks to the little mermaid.

I’m really glad the weather celebrated our last day here with us, it was another amazing day.
