and hello to our first time backpacking!
It's great that we've been here since July and haven't backpacked at all yet. We are proper travellers ;) but really it's ironic that this was the first place we'd had to pay for but the worst place we'd stayed in. Not that it was bad or anything, it was very comfy and the shower was awesome, it's just that we've been living in excellent houses on our own so far.
Anyway after checking in we went and ate pizza on the beach:
I still can't get over how clear the sea is here it's absolutely fantastic.
We walked the other way up the beach today and it was a lot more successful, there were loads more awesome beaches:
It got hot and we got tired so we tried to buy a drink, we ended up in a hotel bar which had a few old drunks watching the racing and drinking, I wanted a pina colada and had to tell the bar lady how to make it. hahah.

We went on the pier to look for whales and sharks but we were not successful.
but we did see the seals again :)
